APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

I
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey May prepared by Thomas Inman,
for the Robert Ripp property, and
WHEREAS, in October, 1963, a request for a variance in
offset of the floor area ratio was approved by the Board of
Appeals conditioned upon the adjoing of the small lots together,
and
WHEREAS, in 1976 it was proposed to separate parcel 1 in the
Oak Road unrecorded subdivision from Lot 2, Block 22 to make it
buildable and was denied, and
WHEREAS, it is now proposed to more equitiably separate the
parcels of land into tm lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego approve the Certified Survey Map and recommend approval
to the Common Council for tm parcels subject to the approval of
the City Engineer.
