APPROVAL OF RENOVATION OF EXISTING POND
MARC ADDIS
WHEREAS, Marc Addis has proposed to construct a pond
approximately 90' x 150' in size in the wooded area on
approximately 25 acres addressed at S106 W16802 Muskego Dam Road,
in the NW 114 of Section 34, and
WHEREAS, the pond would slope to the middle at 12' depth,
and
WHEREAS, this would be located 100' from the south lot line
and 100' from the east lot line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve construction of a 90' x 150' pond subject
to DNR regulations.
