APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
WIZA INDUSTRIES
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted for a division of two
parcels from one for Wiza Industries addressed S82 W18762 Gemini
Drive in part of the NW 1/4 of Section 16 and NE 1/4 of Section
17, and
WHEREAS, the division muld meet the requirements of the 1-1
zoning, and
WHEREAS, the Building Site and Operation Plan for a building
proposed on the lot has been approved in Resolution #P.C. 97-84.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of land for Wiza Industries addressed at S82 W18762
Gemini Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission muld be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division, along with the receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee and
$200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
