DISAPPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
TOM GERSTMAN
WHEREAS, a request has been submitted for an 18 sq. foot
temporary sign by Tom Gerstman to be located at S80 W19060
Janesville Road for a period of six months, and
WHEREAS, this sign could be mounted on a trailer and located
beneath the permanent sign, and
WHEREAS, the permanent sign has the maximum square footage
for a sign permitted on a lot this size, and
WHEREAS, this sign is made up of changeable letters.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego deny approval for a temporary sign located at S80
W19060 Janesville Road.
