APPROVAL OF GARAGE & STABLE
DAVID KRUTZ
WHEREAS, it has been proposed to construct a 50' x 50'
stable and garage, and
building, and
WHEREAS, this building will replace the existing 22' x 50.4'
WHEREAS. it will be located in the same area 2' from the lot
line, and WHEREAS. stables must be located 50' from the lot line in a
residential iistrict, and

WHEREAS, this parcel of land is approximately 4 and 112
acres, and
WHEREAS, Section 8.01 (7) B 2 states that the combined floor
area of all outbuildings shall not to exceed 1% of the lot area
except the Plan Commission may permit an outbuilding to exceed 1%
in predominantely undeveloped areas, and
WHEREAS, the building proposed is located in the offset area
that requires a variance from Board of Appeals.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the construction of the garagelstable subject to obtaining a variance from the Board of Appeals.
