APPROVAL OF CANVAS ENCLOSURE
BUSHY'S PUB
WHEREAS, it has been requested to construct a canvas awning
at the front door entrance to Bushy's establishment, and
WHEREAS, this use is permitted by conditional grant, and
WHEREAS, this structure is a revision of the building site
and operational plan submitted in August 1983, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to include a sign (Bushy's Pub).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
Of Muskego approve this structure because the change is
insignificant in accordance with Section 6.03 (2) G, and will not
require a Public Hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED this approval will include the sign
Bushy's Pub on the structure.
