APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
JOHN SCHAAL
WHEREAS, John Schaal has submitted plans for a 30' x 40'
building to be used for a specialized retail and customer service
establishment in this RS-3 00s district , and
WHEREAS, Section 9.01 (7) A 2 must have Plan commission
approval for building site and operational plans, and
WHEREAS, this building is of masonary construction, and
WHEREAS, the offset and setbacks are complied with.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
Operational Plan
