APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LLOYD ERN0
WHEREAS, the Certified Survey Map prepared by Gerald E.
Casey, for a tm parcel division of the Lloyd Erno property in
the NE 114 of Section 31, shown as Lots 1 and 2, and
WHEREAS, these lots meet the requirements of this RS-2 OLS
district, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego approve the Certified Survey Map of Lloyd Erno for a tm
Parcel division in the NE 114 of Section 31 and recommends approval
to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer and the receipt of $25.00 submittal
fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
