APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR FENCE
JOHN W. PALOKONIS
WHEREAS, the City has required a permit for a fence in
excess of 6' in height on the rear lot line of the property
abutting Highway 24 addressed at W132 S6349 Saroyan Circle, and
WHEREAS, this is proposed to be a stockade fence similar to
the neighbor's stockade fence, and
WHEREAS, Section 4.05 D 3 states any such structure, in
excess of 6 feet in height may be permitted closer than the
required offset from an adjoining lot line with the written
consent of the adjoining property omer and by approval of the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the abutting property is a public road,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego approve the request for fence addressed at W132 S6349
Saroyan Circle.
