APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS

MUSKEG0 BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Robert Wiza has submitted Building, Site and
Operational plans, prepared by Mahos Engineering, August 1984,
for a 12,000 sq. ft. building to be constructed (S82 W18762 Gemini) in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
storage, and WHEREAS this building will be used for the purpose Of
WHEREAS these plans did include landscaping which appears to
be professionally done, and
WHEREAS the plan for a sign will be submitted at a later date, and
block with a bronze colored canopy and a brick belt, and WHEREAS the building front will be colored shadow stone
WHEREAS these plans meet the setback and offset regulations.
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
operational plans for a building to be constructed for Robert
Wiza in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
