RESOLUTION i1P.C. 96-84
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved an 8' x 16' temporary
sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive and an 6' x 8' temporary
sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive to introduce the Lake
Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, the six month extension of time for both signs has
expired in August of 1984, and
WHEREAS, the sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive will be
replaced with a new 2' x 6' sign, and
WHEREAS, the sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive is in
satisfactory condition, and
WHEREAS, the subdivision is approaching 50% development and
has not reached 75% development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a six month extension for the
8' x 16' temporary sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive and the
2' x 6' temporary sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive
advertising the Lake Meadows Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
removal of the old sign on Racine and Kelsey Drive.
