ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
MICHAEL B. NELSON
WHEREAS, Michael B. Nelson, W186 S9159 Racine Avenue, has
requested permission to construct a 30' x 26', unattached, second
garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affrect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the ?lan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control aosrd does hereby approve?
the request of Nichael B. Nelson for a 30' x 26', unattached,
second garage structure at W186 S9159 Racine Avenue. 0
BE IT FURTHER RES13LVED that the architectural design and Uj!e
of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
