ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
VALENTINE J. LIBERSKI
WHEREAS, an application for a permit by Valentine J.
Liberski, S94 W14198 Groveway Lane to construct a 12' x 16'
accessory building located in the R2 district, and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of the zoning ordinance defines a
structure in excess of 120 sq. feet as a garage, and
WHEREAS, Section 4.05 (2) C 1 states the architectural
control board may approve more than one garage structure after
first giving notice to adjoining neighbors.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request of Valentine J. Liberski
for a 12' x 16' second garage structure.
