ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
DELBERT P. KLAS
WHEREAS, Delbert Klas, W192 S7365 Bayshore Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 12' 12' unattached, second
garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS 2 district,
and
WHEREAS, this structure will be 15' from the rear lot line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of Delbert Klas for a 12' x 12', unattached, second
garage structure at W192 S7365 Bayshore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design and use
of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
