APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ARTHUR BOSTATER
WHEREAS, the Certified Survey Map prepared by Robert Pagels,
for a four lot division of the Arthur Bostater property in the SW
l/40f Section 32, and
WHEREAS, these lots are located in an RS2 OLS district and
which requires 13,333.3 sq. feet in area and have an average
width of 73.3', and
WHEREAS, the four lots exceed the lot area required and
average width, and
WHEREAS, the sketch had been approved in July 1982, and
WHEREAS, there are ingress and egress restrictions on lots
one and two as shorn on map, and
WHEREAS, these are sewered lots on deferred assessment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Certified Survey Map of Arthur
Bostater and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to
the sewer assessment and park dedication per lot, totaling
payment of $800.00.
