RECOMMENDING ACQUISTION OF EASEMENT
LADWIG DRIVE SEWER PROJECT - TID #4.
WHEREAS, the City plans to proceed with the Ladwig Drive
Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, this project was included in the Project Plan for
Tax Incremental District #4, and
WHEREAS, certain easements are required in order to proceed
with this project.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquistion of easements necessary to proceed with
the Ladwig Drive Sewer Project.
