RECOMMENDING ACQUISTION OF EASEMENT
ST. PAUL EAST DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City has determined that it is necessary to
obtain a drainage easement located along the east property line
of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the acquistion of the drainage easement necessary to
proceed with the St. Paul Drainage Project.
