PCR1984084RESOLUTION {IP. c. 84-84 APPROVAL OF GARAGE STRUCTURE IN BASE SETBACK AREA EDWIN STACKOWSKI between base setback line and existing straight right-a-way, and WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a garage in an area WHEREAS, Section 5.02 (2) E states the Plan Commission must approve any addition to and replacement of existing structure in this area, and Eis expense when necessary for improvement of street and will claim no damage from same,and WHEREAS, Edwin Stackowski etitioned for a variance in setback with the Board of Appear, and WHEREAS, the City has no immediate plans for road improvement. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego, approve the structure located in setback area conditioned upon the receiving of recorded document and that same will be removed at owner expense for improvement of street.
