WHEREAS, Section 5.02 (2) E states the Plan Commission must
approve any addition to and replacement of existing structure in
this area, and

claim no damage from same,and
WHEREAS, Edwin Stackowski etitioned for a variance in
setback with the Board of Appear, and WHEREAS, the City has no immediate plans for road
improvement.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, approve the structure located in setback area
conditioned upon the receiving of recorded document and that same will be removed at owner expense for improvement of street.
WHEREAS, the owner must file with the City and receive as
art of deed, that the owner will remove all new construction at
Plan Commission
