WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Frank Switala for
legal lot status for lot 4, block 1 in Bass Grove, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission for study and recommendation,
and
WHEREAS, the property is zoned RS3-OED which requires 75'
average width, 11,250 sq. feet, and
WHEREAS, this lot is 4,300 sq. feet in area, and
WHEREAS, this area is of high density.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council of the City of Muskego, to deny legal lot
status for the 50' x 86' lot.
