PCR1984082Amended RESOLUTION #P.C. 82-84 APPROVAL TRUCK PARKING ADRIAN BRILL WHEREAS, Michael McHugh and Robert Jeske have requested the Planning Commission for a permit to park trucks on the NE corner and of Racine and Parker Drive addressed W185 S9086 Racine Avenue, WEREAS, Section 6.04 G 2 c states that a permit to park a truck in a redominantly undeveloped area for a period Of not less than t E ree years, and WHEREAS, the area predominantly undeveloped is defined as any area where there are no more than there are three homes within the proposed parking site. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission permit the parking of three semi-tractors for a period of not more than three years. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following conditions be 1. that the garage variance be subject to the Board of 2. that no outside storage will be allowed. 4. that the total landscape/rubble be cleaned up on Parker 3. that the trucks be housed inside the garage structure. applied: Appeals, and finished 90 days after closing Drive.
