APPROVAL OF PRECAST CONCRETE BUILDING
MILWAUKEE TELEPHONE COMPANY
place a precast concrete building, and WHEREAS, the Milwaukee Telephone Company has requested to
tower owned by Technicom, Inc. - Mr. Norbert Klushman, and
WHEREAS, this is be located at the base of an existing radio
WHEREAS, the property is zoned RCE with OIP overlay, and
WHEREAS, the tower and use are permitted by conditional use
in that district, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.3 2 G permits subsequent change or
addition to approved plans to determine whether a Public Hearing
should be held, and
WHEREAS, this building has normal accessory use to the
tower, and
factors so that change would not result in more dust, smoke and odor.
WHEREAS, there would be no dust, smoke, and odor or other
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve a 30' x 21' new precast concrete buildin
located in the SW 114 of Section 7.
