APPROVAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
HARRY BENNETT
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Thomas
Inman, land surveyor, dated July 11 , 1984, has been submitted to
substantially comply with the sketch in Resolution f1P.C. 77-84
approved by the Plan Commission, adopted July 3, 1984, to
finalize the one parcel division of the Harry Bennett property in
the NW 114 of Section 4.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
for a one parcel division of the Harry Bennett property in the NW
l140f Section 4 and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer and the receipt of $25.00
submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
