ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE

parcel 4 in the SW 1/4 of Section 9, addressed at S76 W18130
Janesville Court, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a 12' x 16' building on
WHEREAS, this area is zoned RS-3 OLS, and
WHEREAS, Section 4.05 G states that any building 120 sq. feet in area and 8' in height may be permitted within 3' of the
lot line, and
WHEREAS, the building exceeds 120 sq. feet and must have
Plan Commission approval for second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, in the OLS district, Section 9.04 (7) E states, no
building shall be closer than 50' to the shore line except to a
boat house not to exceed 10' in height and may be permitted to
within 5' of the shore line.
WHEREAS, The building is adjacent to the concrete dam,
and
WHEREAS, the DNR is concerned about the elevation of area near the dam.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Plan Commission
architecturally approves a 12' x 16' accessory building subject to DNR approval as to the elevation and subject to the Board of
Appeal for variance in height of structure
