WHEREAS, the Common Council on May 22, 1984, referred the
recommendation for denial to the Plan Commission of legal lot
status for Jeff Halbach, and
WHEREAS, he P1 Commission has received an alternate A
redivision so th of the ordinance
arcel #1 meets the two acre minimum required
would leave Parcels #2 h 83 with 120,000
sq.' which is r quire in the Argicultural zone, and x
proposes the 334' off the rear of #2 the same size, and
strip of land from Parcels 81 and #3 to Crowbar Road thus giving
Parcel #1 access without the necessity of having easement and
remaining Parcels 82 and #3.
would provide the necessary square footage of Parcel #1 and
WHEREAS,alternate C proposes Parcel 81 could retain a 30'
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego received from the Common Council legal lot status provided the alternate L be used.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the approval be conditioned on the reception of satisfactory perk test or sanitary permit.
