ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, Ed Dmke, W127 S9062 North Cape Road requested
permission to contruct a 20' x 24' second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, the zoning ordinance states that structures 120 sq.
ft. or over are to be considered garage structures, and
WHEREAS, this structure will be located in the B4 District,
and
WHEREAS, this building will be used as an accessory use to
the principal residence.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves a 20' x 24' structure for W127 S9062
north Cape Road.
