DENIAL OF PROPOSED SKETCH FOR
BAY POINT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a sketch for a subdivision located in the NW 114 of
Section 15, and
WHEREAS, at least five lots are non-conforming, and
WHEREAS, there are tm vacant lots proposed, and
WHEREAS, it is possible to divide the land with existing
dwellings and be more conforming than what the sketch shows.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the sketch as proposed be
denied.
