SALE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY

for the division of two parcels in Section 2, and
WHEREAS, engineerers have proposed a certified survey map
Resolution #P.C. 29-84, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has approved the sketch,
WHEREAS, the City now proposes to sell these lots for
residential purposes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve and recommend approval to the Common
Council for two parcel division of the former Kurth property,
in the NE 1/4 of Section 2.
