RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
STATE SAND h GRAVELIPAYNE h DOLAN
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal of Conditional Use Grant 837 held
by State Sand h Gravel and Payne h Dolan of Wisconsin for an
extractive permit which expires July 2, 1984, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, a restoration plan has been followed, and
WHEREAS, the bond has been raised to $125,000.00.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
on the receipt of $125,000.00 bond for State Sand h Gravel and
approval of the renewal of Conditional Use Grant W37, conditioned
Payne ti Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit for the
period from July 2, 1984 to July 2, 1985.
