ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE

MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
WHEREAS, Donald 0. Laabs, S71 W19452 Hillview, has requested
permission to construct a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-3 OED
(Existing Dwelling) District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board)does hereby approve
the request of Donald 0. Laabs for a 24' x 24', unattached,
second garage structure at S721 W19452 Hillview.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the architectural design and use
of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
