APPROVAL OF ADDITION

WHEREAS, plans have been submitted by Kevin Rutzen for an
,ition and,
WHEREAS, this is proposed addition will increase the size by
sq. feet and,
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 (2) G provides that the Planning
Public Hearing and, Commission may approve subsequent changes or additions without a
WHEREAS, this structure is a permitted use by Conditional
Grant, 1979, and,
WHEREAS, Section 801 C 10, states that second unit shall not
exceed 800 sq. feet and,
WHEREAS, this addition provides more square feet than
ordinance permits,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission
architecturally approves addition without Public Hearing and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the petitioner petition the
Board of Appeals for necessary variance needed.
