APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
Richard M. Ondricka
M. Ondricka, D.C., on April 18, 1978, to install a 4' wide by 2'
high sign to be.installed under Dr. Riess's sign, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved a request from Richard
WHEREAS, Dr. Ondricka is now requesting to change the
location and size of that sign, and
WHEREAS, the new sign would be mounted to the brick face of
the building instead of the present white board with black routed
letters and spine symbol, and
54" long with the spine symbol located to the left of the
letters, and
WHEREAS, the new sign would be block lettering 36" high and
WHEREAS, the sign would not be illuminated at this time, and
WHEREAS, this sign meet the guidelines for sign approval and
Zoning Ordinance requirements.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the flat wall sign with block
lettering 36" high and 54" long, with the spine symbol located to
the left of the letters, for the building located at S75 W17475
Janesville Road.
