RECOMMENDING DENIAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS
JEFF HALBACH
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a petition for
determination of legal lot status from Jeff Halbach for two
existing non-conforming lots, and
and
120,000 sq. ft. in area and 250 ft. minimum average width, and
WHEREAS, these lots are located in the NW 114 of Section 7,
WHEREAS, these lots are in the RCE district which requires
ft. average width, and
WHEREAS, parcel 2 and 3 have only a combined width of 234.39
would leave parcel 1 without an access to Crowbar Road, Which is
the petitioner's property, and
WHEREAS, the granting of legal lot status for these lots
WHEREAS, subject to Plan Commission approval, all lots at
least two acres in area can be permitted, provided that track has
access to a permanent easement to a public street, and

WHEREAS, parcel 1 is 1.38 acres in size and does not abut a
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend denial of the petition for
legal lot status for the property located in the NW 114 of
Section 7.
