ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE DAVID L. SCHUMACKER
WHEREAS, David L. Schumacker, W124 S6726 Jo Court, Hales Corners, has requested permission to construct a 10' x 18',
unattached second garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of David L. Schumacker for a 10' x la', unattached
second garage structure at W124 S6726 Jo Court, Hales Corners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the architectural design of
neighborhood. this second garage shall be compatible with this residential
