RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RS-2 (00s) ZONING Tom Gerstmann
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request from Tom
Gerstmann to re'zone the property addressed S80 W19060 Janesville
Road, located in the NE 114 of Section 17 from RS-2 to RS-2
(00s) , and
WHEREAS, there have been numerous overlays placed on Hwy.
#24 recently and,
WHEREAS, the petitioner is proposing a floral arrangement
business out of this residential dwelling, and
WHEREAS, this use is permitted in the 00s overlay district,
and
WHEREAS this use is a light use.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council approval of the RS-2 (00s) zoning for the
Tom Gerstmann property addressed 580 W19060 Janesville Road, located in the NE 114 of Section 7.
