APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
FREEDOM ACRES ADDN. NO. 1 SIGN
(Freedom Ave. and McShane Dr.)
sign to introduce Freedom Acres Addn. No. 1 Subdivision at the
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved a 4' x 4' temporary
intersection of Freedom Avenue and McShane Drive, on February 15,
1983, with subsequent extensions of time, and
six month intervals with Plan Commission approval until such time
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions for
as 75% of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS, Freedom Acres Addn. No. 1 has not reached 75% development, and
WHEREAS, the sign remains in satisfactory condition.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby approve an extension of six months
No. 1 Subdivision, which is located at the intersection of for the 4' x 4' temporary sign to introduce Freedom Acres Addn.
