APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Donald c. Chaput, land surveyor, dated April 24, 1984, has been submitted
to finalize a one parcel division of the Julius Caesar property in the NE 114 of Section 33, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P. C. 18-84, dated March 6, 1984, and
WHEREAS, this parcel is 4.88 acres in size, and
WHEREAS, Public Works Director Willard Bertram has
recommended that a 50' easement be placed on the parcel for the
maintenance of the dam, and
WHEREAS, this easement is being prepared by the City
Attorney, after receiving the appropriate legal description.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
114 of Section 33, conditioned upon receipt and approval of the
a one parcel division of the Caesar property located in the NE
easement by Williard Bertram, and recommends approval to the Common Council. 0
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee, $200.00 in lieu of park
dedication and the approval of the City Engineer.
