APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for legal lot status for Block 10, Lot 16,
Muskego Shore Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, this lot is approximately between 10,000 and 11,000
square feet in area.
WHEREAS, the zoning (RS-3 OED) requires 11,250 sq. ft..
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego recommends to the Common Council,
of the request for legal lot status.
