APPROVAL OF CERTIFIES SURVEY MAP (Gold Drive)
Clarence A. Froelich
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Claude A.
Johnson, Jr., land surveyor, dated October 11, 1983, has been
submitted to finali.ze a two parcel division of the Clarence A.
Froelich property in the SE 114 of Section 5, on Gold Drive,
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division in Resolution #P.C. 98-83, adopted September 6, 1983.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a two parcel division of the Froelich property in the SE 1/4 of
Section 5, and recommends approval to the Common Council.
