ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, Hilbert Backhaus, S67 W18769 Agate Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 10' x 16' roof structure (160
sq. ft.), and
WHEREAS, the zoning ordinance states that structures 120 sq.
ft. or over are to be considered garage structures, and
WHEREAS, this structure will be located 12' from the lot
line to Gold Drive, and
WHEREAS, this lot is bounded on two sides by streets.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves a 10' x 16' structure for S67 W18769
Agate Drive .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the architectural design of
this structure shall be compatible with this residential
neighborhood.
