BUILDING, SITE h OPERATIONAL PLAN APPROVAL
Fan c fry (Bohrer's)
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a 41'4" x 90' addition
to the existing construction located at S83 W20411 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, this addition is to be used as a freezer for
Fan c fry fro'zen foods, and
WHEREAS, the addition will be attached to the front (north
side) , and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to update the existing building to
conform architectually with the proposed building, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to keep the same building line which
requires a variance from the Board of Appeals, and
WHEREAS, the owner has applied for the necessary variance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission approves
the amended Building, Site & Operational plan for Fan c fry
Foods, located at S83 W20411 Janesville Road.
