APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Irene Preston
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Robert G. Fox,
land surveyor, dated April 26, 19.84, has been submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the Irene Preston Property
located on Hillendale Drive and Preston Lane in the NE 1/4 of
Section 5, and
the Plan Commission.
WHEREAS, it conforms to the sketch previously submitted to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Cornton council, the certified survey map submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the Irene Preston property
located on Hillendale Drive and Preston Lane in the NE 114 of
Section 5.
the $25.00 submittal fee along with $800.00 in lieu of park
dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this is subject to receipt of
