RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF RSM ZONING
Fred Richter
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Fred Richter to
rezone the property on the corner of College Avenue and Martin Drive from B-1 to RSM, and
WHEREAS, RSM :zoning wuld permit one unit per 5,000 sq. ft., and,
WHEREAS, a planner report has recommended approval, and
WHEREAS, RSM zoning would provide an excellent buffer between the present B-1 (zoning and adjoining residential use.
to the Common Council approval of the RSM !zoning for the Fred
Richter property located on the corner of College Avenue and
Mart in Drive .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission recommend
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the developer be permitted 6
dwelling units as proposed, provided that a detailed plan be
submitted showing the specific landscape plan, based on this site
plan and building and site plans, within 180 days (six months) from the date that the rezoning becomes effective.
