APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Julian Moss, Tom of Norway
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by John F. Degan,
land surveyor, dated March 16, 1984, has been submitted to
finali,ze a two parcel division of the Julian Moss property on
South Wind Lake Road in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, this division is to be approved by the Town of
Norway .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the tm parcel division of the Julian Moss
property on South Wind Lake Road in the Tom of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that ahis approval is subject to
receipt of the $25.00 submittal fee.
