APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Mary Ann Preston
land surveyor, dated April 12, 1984, has been submitted to
finalize a four parcel division of the Mary Ann Preston property
located on Hillendale Drive and Preston Lane in the NE 1/4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Robert G. Fox,
WHEREAS, it conforms to the sketch previously submitted to
the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
finalize a four parcel division of the Mary Ann Preston property
the Common Council, the certified survey map submitted to
located on Hillendale Drive and Preston Lane in the NE 1/4 of
Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this is subject to receipt of
the $25.00 submittal fee along with $800.00 in lieu of park
dedication
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
