APPROVAL OF ADDITION TO BUILDING IN INDUSTRIAL PARK
Accu Tool & Die, Inc.
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a 51' x 39' addition to
the rear of the Accu Tool & Die, Inc., addressed 580 W18797
Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, this expansion is necessary because of crowded
working conditions, and
WHEREAS, this will not necessitate more parking demands, and
WHEREAS, it is the owner's intention to construct another
addition in the future which will require new employees and
t: parking demand, and
WHEREAS, this lot is sufficient to provide for this addition
and,
WHEREAS, this proposed addition meets the requirements of
the zoning ordinance and rules of the business Industrial Park.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the request for the 51' x 39' addition to
be located at the rear of the Accu Tool h die, Inc., addressed at
580 W18797 Apollo Drive.
