APPROVALjDISAPPROVAL OF PARKING SEMI-TRUCKS
Terry L. Ranker
WHEREAS, a letter was written to Mr. Terry L. Ranker citing
a violation of the zoning ordinance regarding the parking of two
semi-trucks in a residential district, and
WHEREAS, a permit has been requested to park the two semi-
trucks for a period of not less than two months and not more than
four months in accordance with Section 6.04 G 2 c.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves the request of Terry L.

Ranker to permit parking of two semi-trucks on the property
addressed S63 W15825 College Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Rankers will use their own
driveway, when possible, to eliminate dust.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission is not
receptive to an extension of this request.
