APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
Pierre N. Couture
WHEREAS, a sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the Pierre N. Couture property on Woodland Place
in the SE 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to divide off Parcel 2 from
Parcel 1, and
WHEREAS, the division would meet the requirements of
the RS-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a
one parcel division of the Pierre N. Couture property on
Woodland Place in the SE 114 of Section 8.
BE IT FLRTHER RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission would
be receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division, along with the receipt of the $25.00 submittal
fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
