RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

(R425/872), and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a petition for
WHEREAS, this lot is located in an RS-3 zoning district
requiring 100' average width, 15,000 sq. ft. in area, and
WHEREAS, this lot has a 90' average width and 19,480 sq. ft
in area, and
WHEREAS, it is conforming with other lots in the Ladiwg
Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission
recommends to the Common Council approval of legal lot status for lot 1, block 2, of the Ladwig Plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this lot will not be sold or a
building permit issued until sewers are available.
