APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

land surveyor, dated March 27, 1984, has been submitted to
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Gary B. Float,
finalize a one parcel division of land located in the NE 114 of Section 31, and
WHEREAS, this is ,zoned RS-2, but without sewers, and
WHEREAS, this division is double the size required in RS-2 ,zoning as per the ordinance, and
WHEREAS, there is an existing dwelling and garage on the
proposed parcel so there is no need for a percolation test.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map submitted to
finalifze a one parcel division of the Haut property located in
the NE 114 of Section 31, subject to the report of the City
Engineer.
