SIGN APPROVAL
John Schaal
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for a 3 1/2' x 5'
freestanding sign to be located on the John Schaal property
addressed S76 W18149 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, this sign will meet the requirements of the
proposed RS-Z(00S) zoning district in which it is located, and
WHEREAS, it is proposed to advertise the repair of lawnmower
and small engines, and
WHEREAS, this sign will be located at the base setback line.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission approve
the request of John Schaal for a 3 1/2' x 5' freestanding sign to
be located on the property addressed 576 W18149 Janesville Road,
subject to the Common Council's approval of the rezoning.
